Signing in to your Duel account
Start playingYour Duel account sits with the operator, not with us. This portal explains how the site works and reports the facts we can confirm; we hold none of your account details, can't reset a password on your behalf, and can't lift a block or restriction. Anything account-specific has to go through Duel itself.
The sign-in route is the standard one: you go to the operator's own site or app, enter the email and password you registered with, and land on your account dashboard from there. We haven't been given details of any separate mobile-app login flow or two-factor step, so we won't describe one — if Duel adds a screen we haven't mentioned, treat what's on their site as current.
A handful of things cause most failed sign-ins. Mistyped credentials and a stray caps lock are the most common. An account still waiting on identity checks can also refuse entry until verification is complete. A browser holding an old cached session, or trying to log in from a country the operator restricts, can produce the same blank result as a wrong password.
If you've forgotten your password, the reset has to run through Duel's own recovery process on their site — we won't ask for it here, and no legitimate recovery starts by handing a password to a third party.
Sometimes access is blocked on purpose. If you've asked for a break under self-exclusion, the account stays locked for the period you set, and that isn't a fault to fix — it's the tool doing what it's meant to do. There's no workaround we'll describe, and looking for one defeats the point of asking for the break in the first place.
For anything past this — a persistent login fault, a verification query, a restriction you don't understand — Duel's own support is the right door. We can be reached at [email protected] for questions about this site's own content, but we're not able to access or amend anyone's account.
If gambling has stopped feeling like something you control, GamCare runs a free, 24/7 National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, and GamStop covers self-exclusion across licensed sites.
